  • Payments made online through Zomato or any other partner platforms are processed securely. Raha Corner Aswad does not store or have access to your payment details.
     

3. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, location, and availability.
     
  • Raha Corner Aswad strives to deliver your food fresh and on time; however, unforeseen delays may occur.
     
  • Customers opting for pickup should collect their orders within the specified time to ensure freshness.
     

4. Food Quality and Allergens

  • We take utmost care in preparing meals to maintain hygiene and quality.
     
  • Some items may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, or soy. Customers are advised to inform us of any allergies before placing an order.
     

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases of incorrect or damaged orders verified by our team.
     
  • No refund will be issued once the food has been delivered in good condition.
     
  • Any complaints must be raised within 1 hour of receiving the order.

  • Raha Corner Aswad partners with Zomato and other platforms for online ordering and delivery.
     
  • Any issues related to payments, delivery, or delays made through third-party apps must be resolved directly with their customer support.

Raha Corner Aswad — Return & Refund Policy

At Raha Corner Aswad, we want you to enjoy every meal. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately. This policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds are handled.


Eligibility for Refund/Replacement


  • Damaged, contaminated or severely incorrect items: Eligible for a full refund or replacement if you report within 60 minutes of delivery and provide a photo of the issue.
     
  • Missing items: Eligible for refund or replacement if reported within 60 minutes of delivery.
     
  • Cold food or food delivered late: We will review and may offer a partial/full refund or credit if the delivery was unreasonably delayed.
     
  • Change of mind / Taste preference: Generally not refundable for perishable food. We may offer store credit or replacement at our discretion.
     
  • Promotional / discounted items: Refunds follow the same rules; the amount refunded will match the amount paid.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  3. Our team will acknowledge your message within 30 minutes during operating hours and advise next steps.


Refund Method & Timeline


  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible (Razorpay / card / UPI).
     
  • Refund processing may take 3–7 business days depending on banks/payment providers.
     
  • If a payment provider requires extra verification, we will inform you.
